BUILDING BRIDGES INC Direct Care Staff in THOMPSON FALLS, Montana
Building Bridges is looking for direct care staff for a residential treatment center. Needs to be able to work nights and weekends. Starting wage $17 an hour. Extra pay for graveyard shifts. Vacation and 401(k) available after 90 day review. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and an insurance acceptable driving record. Must pass a background check and obtain CPR and First Aid once hired. Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following: - Supervise students in their daily activities and be the point person at the facility when counselors are not present - Facilitate and ensure that students abide by Building Bridges expectations and hold students accountable with appropriate consequences - Facilitate and supervise students with their daily and weekly schedule - Participate and co-facilitate standard House Group and Day by Day Groups - Update CRM software on any progress or lack of progress on individual students at the end of shift - To support and encourage the use of a variety of therapeutic tools to help students manage/redirect their behaviors - Transport students when needed to airport, doctor appointments, sporting activities, etc - Need to supervise students with various workday projects - To be flexible in coverage - Facilitate family phone calls on phone call weekend - Report any damages or mishaps regarding facility, students, and vehicles - Administer medication when needed - Read and follow employee handbook expectations
