Confidential Company is seeking a full-time support staff to join our growing team. The position will start by training on our systems and learning the business. After a comprehensive training period and successful licensing, the candidate will have the opportunity to increase responsibilities. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction are required. Additionally, excellent communication and client service skills are a must! This job is responsible for working with clients to assess their needs to ensure the right products and services are offered for their portfolio (no cold calling required). Job Details: - Compensation $12 - $15/hour (depending on experience) - increased after securing license. - Full Time, 35 hours per week - Must obtain State Licensing within 120 days of hire (no out of pocket expenses) Schedule: - Day Shift - Monday - Friday - Work location is in person, Thompson Falls
