Qualifications for this Career Opportunity · Knowledge of hospital administration and physician recruitment including federal and state regulations. · Ability to motivate staff and provide effective leadership. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking skills. · Knowledge of national and state certification, accreditation, regulatory standards and licensure for mental health facilities and hospitals. · Meet minimum qualifications: o Master’s degree in public administration, human services, business or health care related. o Five years of professional experience in hospital or facility administration. o Five years of supervisory experience managing professional staff. o Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
