The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Electrician to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores for the 2025 season in West Yellowstone, Montana. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for completing electrical, preventative maintenance.

What will you do?
Evaluate the condition of equipment, and make, and assist in recommendations for repair or replacement.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the problem.
Perform all work with guest service in mind, keeping equipment and operational downtime to a minimum.
Oversee completion and documentation of work orders, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness regarding materials, labor, and equipment.
Perform preventive scheduled maintenance on electrical equipment.
Adhere to all safety, risk management, and environmental policies and procedures.
Operate a company motor vehicle when necessary
Perform other duties assigned
More about you
Minimum of 4 years experience as a certified electrician.
Ability to work with single and three phase voltages ranging from 0-480 volts, and 1200k volts when required.
Ability to install 3-way and 4-way light switches.
Ability to distinguish between delta and Y connected transformers.
Ability to replace and install new breakers in breaker panels.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
Working knowledge on the National Electrical Code.
Physical requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
