The Client Service Professional's focus is to deliver an outstanding client experience by creating a warm and welcoming first and last impression that exceeds the unique needs and preferences of each client. Additionally, the Client Service Professional is responsible for answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, and managing the client flow in the tax office. Responsible for receiving and securing cash, check and credit card receipts and balancing the cash drawer as part of the shift change or end-of-day closing procedures. Provide clerical support including copying, filing, and administrative support. Assist in maintaining proper office neatness and cleanliness. Maintain personal appearance and cleanliness.
