We are located in the beautiful mountains of northwest Montana. We provide individual, family and group therapy with a licensed clinician, outdoor recreation, development of life skills, the teaching of appropriate social relationships, leadership development, field trips which are conducive to learning, and an academic institute with a time tested individualized one-on-one teaching style. Our unique and sought after program offers a one of a kind, therapeutic model that takes the most successful therapeutic elements, from a host of different disciplines, and combines them into one life-changing environment. All of these services help our students develop the character needed to succeed where they have failed in the past.&&&&&&ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&&:&&&ul&&li&Provide weekly individual, family and group therapy&/li&&li&Caseload of approx 7-10 clients&/li&&li&Complete diagnostic intake assessments, master treatment plans and discharge summaries&/li&&li&Relay pertinent data to insurance companies for billing purposes&/li&&li&Provide crisis interventions and assessments as needed&/li&&li&Responsible for verbal and written communication with families, insurance companies, program staff and educational consultants as needed&/li&&li&Create effective treatment plans that include counseling, medication, or other services.&/li&&li&Collaborating on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers.&/li&&li&Work with your patient to develop goals.&/li&&li&Regularly discuss the treatment plan with your patient to identify faults or room for improvement.&/li&&li&Educate appropriate coping mechanisms to help patients through tough situations.&/li&&li&Record the patient’s progress and change their treatment plan when needed.&/li&&li&Develops aftercare assignments&/li&&/ul&&&&&QUALIFICATIONS:&&&&&ul&&li&Master’s degree in social work or counseling&/li&&li&Must be LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or other licensed therapist&/li&&li&Able to be licensed in Montana in 90 days&/li&&li&Marriage and Family Therapy or other degree that would allow for full licensure&/li&&li&Desirable: Experience working in RTC or therapeutic boarding school&/li&&/ul&&&&&BENEFITS&&&&&ul&&li&Paid Time Off&/li&&li&Health Insurance&/li&&li&Dental Insurance&/li&&li&Competitive Salary&/li&&li&401K&/li&&li&International Service Trips&/li&&li&Funds to attend Professional Conferences&/li&&li&Payment for Professional Certifications/Licenses&/li&&li&Relocation Reimbursement&/li&&/ul&&&&&JOB TYPE:&&&&Full-time&&&&&&SALARY&&: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year&&&&&&&
